I pretty much squeal with delight whenever I have a session with a newborn girl. For some reason, I have gotten a huge influx of boys over the past months. It’s so refreshing to have someone to model my girly props for once. I also love girls. They are always so mellow. And this little girl was no exception. She was delightful. I don’t remember her crying once, and just look how squishy she is! I am in love with her big poppo cheeks.

Big brother was also a doll. He was so good with his baby sister.

Unless parents are looking for something specific, I usually try to take a variety of shots for every newborn session. This family’s house had beautiful directional lighting; perfect for some moody black and white portraits. Baby B  is almost two weeks old and still as sweet and curly as some of my youngest newborns. He also has the longest locks of hair I’ve ever seen on a baby. Congrats on your new addition R family. I had a great time with you three this morning. Enjoy your sneak peek!
