A Taste of Autumn | Phoenix Child Photographer
We all know that the middle of the Sonoran desert is not the best place to find fall foliage. Even though I love the dramatic desert landscape, I am a true East coaster and really miss the crisp air and crunchy leaves of autumn. I found this little hidden gem in the middle of Phoenix and fell in love with the lush surroundings. The moment this image was taken was so peaceful. I watched my son sitting in a soft bed of moss and gazing into the stream. It may have been 90 degrees out but I sure felt a twinge of autumn starting to stir inside me.
